You’re booked. Let’s get your space ready.
I’m so glad you’re joining me for your online TTIC Nervous System Reset featuring 9D Breathwork. A little room to exhale, soften, and simply be, held in the privacy and familiar comforts of your own home.
Here’s everything you need to prepare your space, check your technology, and settle in.
Please join about 5 minutes early. Your Zoom link, session date, and time are in your confirmation email.
First, a quick welcome
Before We Breathe: Your Session Welcome + Preparation
Meet Cherish and learn what to expect before we breathe together. The video covers both formats. Follow the online instructions for your session.
Your before-session checklist
☐ Check your confirmation email.
Find your Zoom link and confirm the session time. Keep the link somewhere easy to access.
☐ Read the Safety Guide and Contraindications.
Review the Safety Guide & Contraindications
☐ Let me know if something changes.
Please reach out if your health circumstances change after submitting your forms, or if you have questions or accessibility needs.
☐ Drink water and rest as you’re able.
☐ Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for 24 hours beforehand.
☐ Eat lightly one to two hours before we begin.
Avoid a heavy meal right before your session. A light snack is fine if you need one.
☐ Protect this time from interruptions.
Arrange to be unavailable for the full session, just as you would if you were coming in person. Let anyone at home know you’ll need some uninterrupted time.
Headphones connected to your computer. Charge them beforehand if they’re wireless.
A desktop computer or charged laptop. A computer is preferred over a phone. Keep your charger nearby.
The Zoom app, downloaded or updated before we meet.
A stable internet connection.
A comfortable place to lie down, such as a bed, recliner, mat on the floor, or supported surface.
A light blanket and a small pillow, if you’d like them.
An optional eye mask. A soft T-shirt over your eyes works, too.
Water within reach.
Comfortable clothing.
An optional journal for a few thoughts afterward.
What to have ready
Make your space your own
Choose a quiet, private place where you can lie down comfortably and remain undisturbed.
Keep your head and neck comfortably supported. Avoid stacking pillows high behind your head.
Put your phone on Do Not Disturb, remove your smartwatch, and silence notifications on your computer. Close unrelated apps and tabs.
Keep your device within reach so you can adjust the sound or ask for support. If you use an eye mask, make sure you can easily remove it.
Cameras and participation
Cameras are optional. If you’re comfortable keeping yours on, position it so I can see you while you’re lying down. This helps me check in visually during the session.
With your camera off, I won’t be able to see how you’re doing. Please unmute or message me in the chat if you need support.
Sharing afterward is optional, too. You can speak, type in the chat, or simply listen.
Please don’t record, take screenshots, or share other participants’ personal experiences.
What to expect
We’ll begin together.
I’ll explain the breathing, the journey’s intensity, and how to pause or ask for support. You’ll have time for questions before we start.
Then you’ll settle into the audio journey.
You’ll hear music, immersive sound, and guided prompts through your headphones. Some journeys are gentle and restful; others include more active breathing or invitations for emotional expression.
You don’t have to cry, make sound, feel relaxed, or have a particular experience.
You stay in charge.
You can soften your breath, return to your natural breathing, open your eyes, remove your eye mask, or stop and rest. You can skip any prompt, including sound or breath holds.
If something feels uncomfortable or overwhelming, pause and let me know. You don’t have to push through anything.
If your connection drops
If the audio stops or you lose connection, pause the guided breathing and return to your natural breath.
Remove your eye mask if you’re wearing one, take a moment to orient to your room, and rejoin when you’re ready. Wait until you’ve reconnected and checked in before resuming.
If you can’t reconnect, end the practice and contact me afterward. You don’t need to finish the journey on your own.
After your session
We’ll finish with grounding time and an optional integration circle.
You’re welcome to share something you noticed during the journey, write in the chat, or simply listen. We’ll make room for reflection without interpreting anyone’s experience or offering unsolicited advice.
Give yourself time to feel settled before moving into the rest of your evening.
I’ll send a follow-up email with integration resources and simple ways to continue reflecting at your own pace.
