TTIC Nervous System Resets Featuring 9D Breathwork
TTIC Founding Sessions
Over the last few months, I’ve been building something that deeply supported me. I’m ready to share it with you.
These are my first official TTIC Nervous System Reset sessions featuring 9D Breathwork. I’m offering small online group experiences this week at the founding rate of $25. Regular price will be $40 in the next couple of weeks
I’m starting with family, friends, and the incredible community I’ve worked alongside for the past 15 years.
My coaching work focuses on healthcare professionals, but nervous system regulation is something everyone benefits from. This is a simple, structured way to reset and reconnect.
If someone comes to mind who could use a reset, feel free to share this with them.

Why Choose 9D?
Burn Stress. Build Resilience
Downshift your nervous system and access real calm. Clearer mind, steadier body, more capacity for whatever life throws at you.
Release Emotional Weight
Let stored emotion and stress move through, instead of staying stuck on repeat. Patterns can shift when your body finally feels safe enough to let go.
