TTIC Nervous System Reset featuring 9D Breathwork

This guided online breathwork experience supports emotional processing and nervous system regulation through immersive 9D audio and intentional breathing patterns.
The Letting Go journey is designed for those who feel ready to release emotional weight, soften old stress responses, and create space for clarity.
If you’ve been carrying regret, resentment, overwhelm, or self-doubt, this session offers a structured, supportive environment to breathe through what feels stuck and reconnect with steadiness.
Through progressive breathwork, guided reflection, and immersive sound design, you will:
• Support nervous system reset
• Increase emotional awareness
• Create space around lingering stress patterns
• Strengthen your capacity to process discomfort
• Cultivate clarity and grounded presence
The session includes a final breath-hold and vocal release component, followed by a quiet integration phase to support grounding and embodiment.
This is an experiential wellness session. It is not therapy or medical treatment.

Who Is It For
This session may be supportive for individuals who:
• Feel emotionally “full” or weighed down
• Notice recurring stress patterns
• Want to practice letting go in a structured way
• Are open to guided breathwork and immersive audio
• Are seeking nervous system education and experiential regulation tools
This session is not appropriate for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Please review the Safety Guide and Contraindications prior to attending.

Before the Session
To prepare for your online breathwork session:
• Quiet, private space
• Place to lie down or fully recline
• Pillow support for knees and head
• Headphones for immersive audio
• Small towel or eye covering
• Water nearby
• Blanket
• Comfortable clothing
Avoid sitting upright if possible. This work is best supported by full-body rest.
Cameras and Participation
Cameras are optional.
You are welcome to keep yours on for additional safety monitoring, or off if that helps you feel more comfortable.
