The Healthcare Burnout Recovery Program for Healthcare Professionals
Landscape Between Storms, Auguste Renoir
If you’re here, you’re probably not “just tired.”
You’re still showing up.
Still functioning.
Still doing your job.
But underneath that, something feels off.
You might feel constantly on edge, emotionally flat, or wired and exhausted at the same time. Sleep does not feel restorative. Time off does not help the way it used to. You may notice yourself pulling away from the people you love, or wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself.
This program was created for healthcare professionals who carry the emotional weight of their work quietly and competently and who are realizing that pushing through is no longer working.
You are not broken.
Your nervous system has been under prolonged stress.
And it needs something different..
The Program
This is an 8-week, trauma-informed group coaching container designed specifically for mid-career healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, secondary trauma, and identity exhaustion.
It blends:
Nervous system regulation
Somatic and body-based practices
Identity repair and meaning-making
Gentle, practical resilience skills
Supportive group witnessing without pressure to share
This is not therapy.
This is not productivity coaching.
This is not another self-care checklist.
It is a structured, relational space to slow down, restore internal safety, and reconnect with who you are underneath the role.
What Makes The Program Different
Many of us have already tried
Therapy that stays in the head
Time off that doesn’t actually help
Self-care that feels shallow or guilt-inducing
Mindset work that ignores the nervous system
Programs that ask you to do more, and it feels like homework
This program works differently.
We start with regulation before insight. We establish safety so growth can happen. We build your capacity that brings out the change.
You will not be asked to relive trauma.
You will not be required to share more than feels right.
You will not be pushed to “fix” yourself.
Instead, you will be supported in restoring internal steadiness, trust, and connection at a pace your body can tolerate.
The Return, Thomas Cole

Imagine What It Would Feel Like To …
Sleep more deeply or wake up with less dread
Respond instead of react
Come home from work and actually come down
Feel more present with the people you love
Remember parts of yourself you thought were gone
Have more emotional bandwidth for everyday stress
Recover faster when you get triggered
Feel more grounded in your own decisions
Feel like you again
These shifts may be subtle. They can also change everything.
This is about coming back into relationship with yourself.
What You Can Expect Over 8 Weeks
Virtual Group Sessions
Each session follows a steady, predictable structure:
A brief grounding and intention setting
About 10 minutes of teaching around the week’s theme
About 10 to 15 minutes of guided journaling or reflection
Optional sharing
Depending on the session flow, we may move into group Q&A or a coaching conversation with one participant while the rest of the group listens. Both formats are equally powerful. Listening to someone else’s coaching often brings insight and relief in unexpected ways.
Community Support, At Your Pace
You’ll also have access to a private client portal where you can connect with others in your cohort between sessions. Some people use this space to share reflections or encouragement. Others simply read and take comfort in knowing they’re not alone.
There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. You get to choose how visible or quiet you want to be.

Burnout Recovery Coaching Client Experiences
What it’s been like to work together from someone who’s been there
“My experience working with Cherish was deeply supportive, grounding, and transformative. What I appreciated most about our coaching relationship was how safe, relatable, and nonjudgmental it felt. Cherish has a unique ability to listen beyond the surface and ask questions that truly get to the root of what’s going on. As a result of our work together, I gained clarity, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that I continue to use in my daily life. I became more confident in setting boundaries, managing stress, and making decisions aligned with my values. I would highly recommend Cherish’s coaching to anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, or ready for meaningful personal growth.”

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

No. This is a coaching and education-based program, not therapy.
We do not diagnose, treat, or process trauma in a clinical way. Instead, we focus on nervous system regulation, practical coping tools, and identity repair in a supportive, structured group setting. If you are currently in therapy, this program can complement that work.
-
You don’t need to be at a breaking point to benefit from this work. Many participants are still functioning well on the outside while feeling depleted, on edge, or disconnected internally.
If something in you is saying, I can’t keep doing this the same way, that’s enough.
-
That concern makes sense, and it’s one we’ve designed around.
This program moves at a gentle, steady pace. Practices are short, optional, and meant to support you, not add more to your plate. Many people find that participating actually gives them energy back.
-
Groups are small and intentionally limited 8 participants to support safety, connection, and meaningful support.
-
No.
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate quietly, reflect privately, or engage only when it feels right to you. This space is designed to be supportive, not performative.
-
All live sessions are recorded and available in the private client portal. You can watch later or revisit sessions that felt especially helpful.
This program is built with healthcare schedules in mind.
-
No. We use evidence-informed coaching and body-based tools. If you connect with meaning-making, reflection, or mindfulness, there is space for that. If you don’t, you will still get everything you need from the program.

The current founders rate is $997.
Future cohorts will be priced at $1597.

Because this program is a small, contained group experience and space is limited, refunds are not offered once the program begins. This helps protect the integrity and safety of the group container.

You deserve to show up for your life without being empty.
If this space feels like what you’ve been needing, you’re welcome here.
